Fundraising Information – Gianni’s Pick Up and Wreath/Poinsettia Orders Due

Gianni’s Order Pick up on Thursday – between 3-5 p.m. at the HS in the Auditorium Lobby Area - PLEASE BE ON TIME WITHIN THIS WINDOW OF TIME TO PICK UP THE ORDERS

Wreath and Poinsettia Orders are due by Friday to Mrs. Sabol – no exceptions – if the order is not into Mrs. Sabol on Friday, it will not be placed.Â Order form below if needed.

Order forms were handed out for the Poinsettia and Wreath Fundraiser at school (MS students forms are available outside the orchestra room if needed)
Forms and orders are due on Monday, November 14th
All orders will be filled the night of the Orchestra Concert in December

Everything must be turned in by Tuesday to Mrs. Sabol – if your Save Around book is not turned in you will be charged for the book – all Gianni’s paperwork and payment is due also – if the order is not turned in by Tuesday, your items will not be ordered.

Deadlines must be met, because order deadlines are due to the companies!

Fundraisers/ MS and HS – Due by Thursday this week

Save Around Books – all orders due by Thursday – payment made out a check to NASDÂ – if you are only buying the sample book, return money and keep the book – if you need extra books, please make sure all order forms are filled out completely
Gianni’s Fundraiser due by Thursday all materials will be turned into Mrs. Rocchi by Monday to send the tally sheet to the company for the orders

1st Week of December Schedule â€“ All levels â€“ Outlook for December

Intermediate – Beginners – the music concept test will be given the week of December 6th, Intermdiate and Advanced students in orchestra – will work on concert music to prepare for concert on December 7th – Other students will work on their individual assignments

MS and HS – Preparing for the concert on December 7th at the HS – After the concert is performed, students will be having assessments on sections of music and working on music literacy concepts of terms.

Outlook for December:

December 3rd – IS rehearsal after school until 4:00 p.m.
December 6th – Bowfire Field Trip MS/HS Students
December 6th – Concert Dress Rehearsal – Ms/Hs at the Hs 2:35 -5:00 p.m.
December 7th – Orchestra Concert IS, MS, HS at the HS report time 6:15 p.m.
December 10th – NIS – in school assemblies
December 11th – HS String Quartet – Performance – Whitfield House – Walking Tour 7-10 p.m.
December 15th – HS Orchestra rehearsal with Hs Chorale after school
December 16th – HS Orchestra performing at Chorus Concert
December 17th – MS String Ensemble Performing at Christkindlemarkt
December 20th – Ms Assembly – Ms Orchestra
December 21st – NIS – School Tour for NIS Orchestra
December 22nd MS Assembly – MS Orchestra

Gianni’s Fundraiser – MS and HS for Spring Trips

Order forms were handed out last week for this fundraiser!!!Â (Pizza’s, Stromboli’s, cookie dough, pretzels, pies, cheesecakes, etc.)

Orders due on Oct. 29th
Please make sure all checks are made out to NASD with Gianni’s Orchestra Fundraiser in the Memo Section
Orders will be delivered on November 18th from 3:15 to 5:00 p.m. at the HS Auditiorium Lobby – if there is a change with the delivery date, I will send home a notice

Fundraiser – MS/HS – Enjoy the City/ Save Around Books

The fundraiser will run from now until September 30th.Â Each book is sold for $20 and the students earn $10 per book.Â This fundraiser will help with the Spring Trips – MS to High Note competition and Dorney Park on May 13th and the HS – approval pending to Williamsburg, Virginia in May.Â Plus other activities – such as fun nights the officers and students in orchestra schedule.

Flower Sale Orders Due – Tuesday, March 16, 2010

Each Student was asked at the MS and HS to sell $12 of profit from the Sale. In order to achieve this, the students were required to sell only 1 or 2 plants or flowers. Please help out our accounts to help with the trips and an end of school activity.
