String Technique Class
- Students will complete their string quartet compositions and start practicing for performances the Week of April 23rd.
- Students are working on individual solo pieces to be performed the first week of May during class time.
- Shifting and bow exercises will be tested on April 19th during class.
- We will be looking at some orchestral music marking this week and some details to look for in music to help with practicing.
Orchestra
- Orchestra is working on completing Phatom of the Opera
- We will be taping the music this week for final concert prep evaluations and polishing of music.
- Voting in class to set the program for the concert and the youth concerts.
- Working on ensemble sound, dynamics, and bowings to polish music.
