High School Assignments for the Week of 4/9/07

String Technique

  1. Completion of the string quartets and begin practice of them
  2. Working on Bowing skill development studies and shifting studies – quiz on Friday of this week
  3. Working on solo pieces for performance in May

String Orchestra

  1. working on polishing the music, bowings, dynamics, ensemble blend, etc.
  2. Completing work on Phantom by next week
  3. Video taping to take place next week to check on details and prepare for the cocnert
