For the Middle and High School students or parents, the order form for the polo shirts, t-shirts, and sweatshirts (crew and hooded) is attached with the link below. All MS and HS students are required to purchase a polo shirt for the spring trip performances, in school assemblies, and other performances we might be asked to play.
